Innovator collects data about the visitors of the website www.innovator.lv, in order to understand how useful, the website is and how it could be improved.

I. How Innovator uses your data

1. When you apply for the vacancy at the Innovator, we process and store the personal data that you provided (including the CV, the application letter, the data provided in the interview, etc.). This data is used to analyse your eligibility for the vacancy, and depending on the results, we might give you a job or an internship offer.

3.Your personal data is available to the staff of the Innovator office, in order to complete the vacancy selection processes.

4. Innovator’s IT department may access your personal data while maintaining the software only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper operation of the software.

5. The data you provide will not be used in any other way and will not be disclosed to others.

 

II. Information storage period

1. If you do not receive a job or an internship offer, after the selection period, your personal data will be stored and processed for one year from the date of receipt in purpose for future recruitment.

2. If you receive a job or an internship offer, after the selection period has ended and you have signed a contract with Innovator, we will store the selection data in accordance with Innovator’s personnel data processing procedures and deadlines.

 

III. Your rights
